What are Rosette Rewards?

As a member of our site you are automatically enrolled into our free to join loyalty scheme. You will earn reward points with every ticket you purchase with us.

Points can be used to reduce the cost of a ticket price. When you want to use them is entirely up to you!

 

How do Rosette Rewards work?

For every £1 that you spend with us you will receive 1 Rosette Reward Point. Points will be held in your own personal points wallet which will be shown in your basket when you are logged into the website. You must be logged into the site to see the points available.

Points may also be awarded for other actions or promotions that may change from time to time.

Using Points at Checkout

Every 1 Rosette is worth £0.01.

When you are logged into your account you will see in your basket the number of points that are available to you to use. 

If you wish to use any points against  your current purchase you can either select the ‘Use Max Amount’ button to take all points or you can enter the number of points you want to use and then press the ‘Apply’ button.

The points used will apply a discount on your order. 

You can change the number of Rosettes used by altering the number in the points box and clicking ‘Apply’ again.

How you use the Rosettes is entirely up to you! Use them as you have them or save them up for something special.
